JDM Legends internal accounting integration · Last updated 2026-07-08

Who this covers

This policy describes a private, internal software integration operated by JDM Legends for JDM Legends' own business use. It is not a public application and is not offered to third parties. The only data it accesses is JDM Legends' own accounting data, with JDM Legends' authorization.

What data is accessed

With your explicit OAuth authorization, the integration reads accounting records from your QuickBooks Online company (for example invoices, bills, customers, vendors, accounts, items, payments, and standard financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet). Access is read-only: the integration does not create, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.

How data is used and stored

  • Data is used solely to produce internal financial reporting and analysis for JDM Legends (e.g. profit-and-loss summaries, cash-flow views, reconciliation and anomaly flags).
  • Data is stored locally on JDM Legends' own private hardware. It is not uploaded to any third-party service.
  • Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
  • Credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored with restricted file permissions and are used only to refresh access to your own company data.

Data retention and deletion

Locally stored copies are retained only as long as needed for internal reporting and may be deleted at any time. You may revoke the integration's access at any time from your Intuit account settings, which immediately ends all further access.
